I guess I would check them as much as I check the ones on each side of each swivel or does the albright knot fail more then let's say an improved trilene on a swivel?

I'm building up a pair of 300s and don't have any of the little reel on swivels that were used on my 400, 500, and 200s. I see that Atomik used to tie thiers up with the albright knots and am wondering if they switched to the swivels because of failures of albright knots, twisted up probs, speed of build up or what. What do yas think fellas?

Real nice day out there Sat. Started at TFalls and fished to Milikan Station. went 3 for 3 "Lkers". Cold water was 70ish down. 1 on a dipsey 180 out 2 on the rigger at 70ft. NBK Pro echip with Big wienie Rons Morning wood took 2 and the green dot Dalmation SD with a Hammer took the other. Only fished about 2 hours. Top water temp was 79 so we had to go swimming. Finished of the day with a sunset picnic at Meyers with Henekins w lime, NY strip stks, fresh from my garden salad, tomatos, and grilled Yellow/Zuc sqaush. The company was fantastic!

Would like to get out on Cayuga this coming Sat. but can't launch till noon. I'm normally on the water at sunrise. Do they have overflow parking for rigs? Do they turn people away if no space? What can I expect fellas? Any insite is greatly appreciated.

I was just bustn! Alcohol induced. I think it is great that you are taking it to the level of testing each spoon/lures min.s and maxes. Detalis matter! We all know the longer you are on speed and in the zone the more fish will hit the deck!!

I asked the last 20 salmon I caught while dragging the X4 probe how fast they thought that S/D Fly was going when they nailed it and they all said exactly what I was reading on the X4 display right to the tenth. So I'd say they are SPOT ON. This is what happens when I drink beer after working in the sun all day. Hope this helps ! X4 is one of my best fishing investments.!!!!
