  1. Nice job guys! Pikefreak jr., is one of the best fisherman around, He out fishes most adults I know! Thanks for putting them on some eyeballs Justin. ......Now you'll have to come up to the "Bay" and get in on some big fish! J-n-racydevotrolling inc.
  2. She put up a good fight and we had to turn the boat around and chase it down before it spooled us.It was caught in Irondequoit Bay.
  3. Thanks man! I told my friend, Pikefreak that one of us was going to break the record!
  4. Well, that didn't take long! 26.9lbs. 33 inches in length Prophecy ?
  5. Jamie say's thanks to everyone for the kind words! We landed seven fish in two hours today and lost two that seemed as big as the trophy! These things are a blast.
  6. It's a Freak Of Nature! Already certified and sent to the taxidermist, IT BLEW AWAY THE OLD RECORD BY OVER TWO POUNDS
  7. Here ya go! My son and I went out this AM and trolled up this cow! 26.9 lbs, 33" long, 29" girth! Reef-Runner off planer board in 38fow,
  8. You can Google "worm harness or Crawler harness" to see some pics. Most people use some kind of weight such as a Bottom bouncer or a three- way rig to get it down near bottom.
  9. That's like comparing apples to oranges?
  10. You are absolutly correct sir! We're catching so many big ones (over 14lbs) EVERYTIME out, we gave up taking pictures! They hit anything, in fact, I've been switching everything up trying to get away from the Sheep and still catch them at all depths with all lures. They fight like crazy and will spool you on light line.......Just ask Pikefreak how many lures he's gone through!!!
  11. cast from shore with jigs and twister tails.
  12. ......Try throwing a sonar, they were smashing it like crazy yesterday. I landed 5 and lost three more at the boat, one even took my one and only sonar on a break-off. Anyone that thinks they don't fight hasn't caught one over 14lbs. They go berzerk!!!!!!
  13. Here's a couple more Mac Daddy's from today! Got five on a sonar and the big one on a Kinchu Minnow. I used to hate these things now I'm having a blast targeting walleye and getting Sheepshead! State record here we come!
  14. Mine's a Silver/Black, suspending, pre-rapala thunderstick.
  15. So, ........back to the Sheepshead topic, ....... has anyone actually ever eaten one? How was it?
  16. If Sheepshead were good to eat there would probably be a market for them. Like a McSheep sandwich.
  17. There's so many bass in the bay, a few accidental catches won't hurt a thing. We get them all the time trolling. Plus......State regs say its OK to target black bass "from Dec. 1st through the first friday preceding the 3rd Saturday in June, C&R and artificials only" Should we all volunteer to stop fishing 'till bass season opens ?
  18. Nice job 'freak! I I think we may have thrown back a few state record fish! We should start weighing all of them and get our name in the book!!!! C Ya! dE |/:0
  19. The sheep were on fire today!
  20. Yes , zombie king for sure! ........what did you catch it on if you don't mind saying?
