dropped in in h-sport at the motel about 630 went out to 80fow set up the normal go to spoons and ff went down the east side marking fish all over 115 fow most marks came in the 60-90 range no takers pulled everything and spent the next hour changing spoons finally got a few colors that was working trolled that side for about 3 miles turned around and kept making passes down through that area ended the day at 1230 we did 9 keepers in the 3-5 lbs class with one 8.5 lbs and 2 small mouths(off boards pulling deep diving sticks} both released dropped 3 at the back of the boat and turned 6 dinks back in
tried the normally colors greens naturals ect ect only thing i could get any hits on was purple and blue spoons finger lakes tackle alfa alewife purple ,dr slaughter in blue where the 2 hot spoons also got a few on king of sting blue and a few others i forget the names of had to change the set up a lot today but the fish are there

i have a inside dimension of about 1 7/8 outside is 2 1/2 depth is 2 1/2 that tappers down to 2 then there is a nipple on the bottom that is 1 inch by 3/4 there is 2 set screws in the side of the cup to tighten to the mast if this sound about right let me know ill keep checking on here for a reply

trophy fish i would have to go with it is what you think is a trophy it does not matter if it is 40 lbs or 4 lbs for everyone this will always be different some of us if lucky get to fish the big lake a few times a year over a lifetime some of us might be able to make 1 or 2 trips it all in what you consider a trophy do not let other dictate what a trophy fish for you should be
