Just got a couple pics of this bird swimming out front of my house. The bay is always full of goldeneyes, but this one caught my eye. Tried cross referencing on ducks unlimited id app, looks like a white winged scoter to me, but their range doesn't exactly match up. Can any more seasoned waterfowlers confirm or deny this? Sorry the pics aren't great, was taking with my phone and trying to shoot through my binoculars

I wouldn't mind trying the new Glock 41 MOS 10mm, red dot set up. Like others have mentioned, your intended shooting distances will kind of dictate what works best for you

Thanks for the kind endorsement. With 3 guys, gear, and full of fuel I get low 30's. As most know, there aren't many days where wide open throttle is even feasible.
Some more interior pics....

Not sure of the budget you're working with and whether fiberglass is an option for you or not, but you may want to look towards a Ranger multi species series. I personally would love to own a 621VS or a 620VS. Plenty safe and versatile, but they don't come cheap

Saw that from the buoy data last night, around 1 a.m. I believe. Man those things must have been ugly looking....part of me wants to know what they must look like in person. The wiser, more responsible part of me is thankful that I didn't have to

Heading down next weekend to hunt my first time out of the northern zone(6G,6K). One of our customers invited us down to hunt his brothers land somewhere around Dansville I believe(8P maybe?) I've hunted mostly farmlands and some big woods up here. Just curious if anyone could give me an idea as to what to expect as far as terrain and deer activity in that area has been as of late. I know for me is its been fairly slow up here but recent snow and cold temps have me excited to get out tomorrow morning. Thanks in advance for any input and good luck to those enjoying their rifle opener tomorrow. Be safe....

One final push, the boat will be going into indoor storage next week and will no longer be available to hear run for prospective buyers. If it doesn't sell next week its going off the market and most likely won't go back on in the spring...
