They also make quick change swivals that are just like the ones that come with the spin doctors. You just tie an overhand knot on your leader and wrap down the end of the swival. It almost looks like a spring. I will try and pull one out of the boat and take a pic.

Thanks to all !!!! I was out Sunday morning and tried a few differnt things. I bent the bottum fin on the weights a little bit to make one pull to the port just a little and bent one to the starburd and labled them. Maid a bit of a differnce for me . Also the down currents were pretty strong yesterday as they usualy are out of Sandy so i let each down nice and slow. All in all no crosses as of yet and hope it remains that way for now on.

I was out wed. night and had my rigger cables on the starburd side cross over each other NOT FUN! Not to mention one was my sub troll cable. I was running a 12.5lb torpedo style like seen sold on this site on the outside and a 14.5lb straight out the back on the same side of the boat. I run the 14.5lb on the rigger with the probe to help with drag. No hard turns made and very little if any blow back accured before they crossed. Any one have any idea why these might cross like that? It has happened twice this year and i cant have it happen again. The boom on the outside is extended as far out the side as possable. First year trying these rocket/ torpedo style weights but have heard nothing but good about them from everyone on this site!

I have a Cannon Mag 20 i added to my boat this year. The problem i am having is if the rigger is down say 75ft it comes up nice and fast for about the 1st 30ft or so then begins to slow down. it will come to a complete stop and pop the inline fuse i installed at the battery if i i dont stop it manually and let it sit for a little bit. I have to continue to do this all the way up if i am fishing deeper. The wires are all brand new from cannon, the only differnce is i had to add wire because the length of the cannon wires were not long enough to reach my battery, the wire i used is the same 10ga. i have my other 2 Digi-troll II's wired with, with no problems other than they are alot slower than the mag 20 but that is just the way it is. Any suggestion what else i can try..??? I am hoping that its not the motor seen as how i bought 2 of these rigggers this year and put one in the lake this year already and one that doesnt work properley.

Does any one know if the counters on reels are more true with a full or empty spool? Given the diameter of the spool. I would think when its is full due to that is were most reels are at while fishing but not really sure. Any help would be great! Also they are Okuma reels that i am wondering about if that helps at all.

I have 2 Penn 310 GTI high speed reels for sale. These reels have perfomed great for me in the past, they have normal wear and tear but are in great shape. All clickers and drags work mint! Both are loaded with 20lb Maxima chamealeon line. $45 for one or take both for $80.
Thanks Matt,
