Ended up see 2 spikes, a button buck, and the wide 8 2yr old tonight. All deer came in the last 45 mins. Blind must of been ok as the button buck decided to feed on the leaves from brush I used to brush in the blind! Forgot how cool it is to be at eye level with them. I really hope the wide 8 makes it through the season because he could really blow up!

Ended up seeing a spike, button buck and 2 real nice 2 year Olds on this sit this morning. Moved to my lease and poped up a ground blind on a food plot. Have a stand right above me but it is real hard getting out with deer in the plot. Hopefully this will help. They have absolutely pounded this clover and chicory in the last week and a half! Had a 2 year old walk bye my location minutes before I got here. Definitely moment later in the mornings and mid day.

After all that rain and this cold front settling in I figured it would be rocking this morning. But man was I wrong! Haven't seen a single deer.

Slept In this morning, taking a break from the GRIND. Like always already regretting it.....

Saw 2 doe tonight, a bunch of turkeys roosted above me and a possum. Couple of the Turkeys were long beards, one day to late for a kill. Hopefully they will still be around in May.

Phone keeps shutting off and catching up on this morning, awsome buck guppy !!!! Congrats. Dead calm with the wind just starting finally! All my movement has been after 830. 7 or 7 deer total with 2 being bucks. Thinking it should start picking up now that there is a breeze

I'm pumped to start my 2017 grind. Hard for myself to believe but today will be my first morning hunt this season! Have stayed out as much as possible to keep pressure down. Headed Into one of my best spots shortly! Good luck guys!

Great sit! 7 bucks and lost count of does. Had the only 3.5 year old that I have on camera almost killed! Just couldn't get a shot.... back to work tomorrow unfortunately then the grind begins. Damn it so close tonight!

Deer count is at 11 to this point, 4 bucks nothing better then a 1st rack.

According to lots of research, LOL........ the way the moon is right now it is rising in the afternoon this week. That being said evening hunts should be much more purductive then the mornings. That all changes next week when the moon will be setting in the mornings and should keep these deer on there feet longer.

Went through some camera's and found this guy begging like a dog! Have never seen a deer sit like this before. There's a doe bedded down in front of him so it just goes to show, love will make you do crazy things.

"Here Girl" will try anything to impress the ladies apparently!

Unbelievably Awsome!! Just finished up hanging a new set. Not far from the road but should be a great spot to catch one cruisen.
