Sorry for any inconvenience this puts on anyone and there team. That was definitely not the intentions of the move especially since the SCS is a tournament directed towards EVERYONE not just the big tournament guys. But like Scott said with the low numbers of Sundays entries, the move was made to better the overall tournament. Again sorry and hope everyone can still make it.
Ok again this event is going to be cash only and I am the one collecting the $$( not pay pal). So if you want in contact me, the sooner the better. You can fish from any port for BFF only, not the Shootout. Since this is a late announcement I will take payments no later than 9pm Thursday July 24th. Again must be in line no later than 3:30pm at East Fork Pro Marine.
This year the Sandy Creek Shootout is proud to announce it's first Big Fish Friday Tournament! Will be held Friday July 25th the day before the the SCS. Due to the lower amount of entries on our Sunday event we will be moving it to Friday to spike more interest and make for a great weekend of fishing. The entery fee wil be $50.00 and will be cash only. Payouts will be determined by the number of boats that enter at a 1 to 4 payout ( 20 boats top 5 teams get paid). All teams entered MUST be Iine no later the 3:30 pm and no earlier than 2:30pm at East Fork Pro Marine.More info to come soon but just wanted to get the word out as we are only 2 weeks away and this was a last minute decision. Feel free to contact me with any questions on here or at 585-355-1509.
Thanks Matt
SCS
Have you guys ever considerd doing the big fish tournament on Sunday on Friday instead? Just curious, I think more boats would get in it since they are pre fishing anyway? Maybe do the prizes at nuts corners after? Like I said just a thought.
Surface speed maxs out at 32mph when on plain. All depends on how much weight you got in it. Its has an 82gal tank in it, but never put more then a half tank in it for that reason.
I am selling my boat only due to the fact that I bought a bigger one. This boat has been great to me since I have owned it! You can see it at the below link to Craigslist, just a lot easier for me to post that way. Thanks for looking and let me know if you might have anymore questions.
THANKS MATT

Back in 2012 we had one of the Best seasons on record with both size and numbers of Kings! Correct? But I know at least on my boat the number of skips caught that season was the lowest ive ever seen. Last year the King fishing was pretty damn good also and still not a lot of skips were being caught. This year the total opposite is happening, no mature Kings to be found and a hole hell of a lot of skips. Back in 2012 I said how great the fishing is, BUT whats it going to be like in the next 2 years when all these skips that we are NOT catching are supposed to be matures..........??? I think the real question is where were all the little guys 2 years ago not where are all the Kings now! Just my thoughts. ..
Yes we did make it home safely as far as not having any permits. It was a VERY long day, left yhr house at 3:30am and didnt get back untill 11pm! $450 in fuel and she sits in my drive way. Here are a few pics I have still along way from being completely ready to fish.
