What hookedup has explained to you guys works great run my cores and coppers the same way.... I do suggest starting with just 3 boards on each side and when you get comfortable doing that add a couple more out there... . Running your cores and coppers this way gets them away from the boat which will drastically improve your catching of off fish! ! If you guys wanna give it a try stop down to hills valleys and streams in Elmira NY and ask for Mike and i will set you up and explain any further questions you may have.... Jason .. Lake fishing isnt done yet!!! I will take a couple Filthy Frankies and field test the hell out of them !!! Any Big Weenie Product will Produce for sure .. By the way a Special shout out to Gary from Big Weenie for putting together the most amazing product on the face of the earth !!! I think we all can say the Seneca Ghost , Reel Hooked up and Iron Duke Flies all surpassed our expectations this year and Jason now tells me about Filthy Frankie !?!?!? Launched out of the north end and churned the bottom all the way to the end of the pier headed south and set up bout 1 mile before condos on the east side and set up shop.... Ran cores, coppers, riggers, rigs, and dipsy's .... Got all set up and Bang !!! screamer on the 200 copper nice 4lb Bow set it back in and 300 copper fires with another great bow and before i could even get the 300 reset it fires again with another spunky drag peeling bow.... Weather conditions kinda stunk but the fish were biting all day and we ended up going 12 for 12 with 3 lakers and 9 beautiful Canandaigua Rainbows !!! It was our last tournament of the year and we finished second and also finished 2nd overall in points for the year so want to thank the Iron Duke Fishing Team for another successful year on the water and want to congratulate the Old Fogey crew on the Club Championship win and all the other boats and crews who make our club the best club and the best sportsman I have been around and fished with.... Congratulations Ladies and Gentleman and hope to see you all next year... Also want to thank FLXTroutman for the info we have shared over the last couple years and we def gotta get together and fish next year or even over the winter ... Let me know Bro !! Mike

Nice job Nice report !!! You can have some awesome days on Keuka all year long if you dont mind catching the 2-3 pounders all day long .... It has a great Lake trout fishery.... Heres a video from earlier this year I belive we ended up 56 for 59 !!!! What a day !!! Mike

Have to fish Canandaguia Sunday for a tourney.... Was there last month and at Woodville end could barely launch the boat.... Would the north end launch be any better for launching a larger boat say 24 footer.... Thanks for any info u can give me... Mike [ Post made via Android ]

Bought a Lowrance Elite 5 this year and passed up on the HDS !!! Thought I might be disappointed but after the easy install and then getting to see its performance and unbelievable graphics and the gold package comes with the Navionics card which just spiced the package up more !! Most user friendly unit I have ever used !! Am more than happy with this unit and would recommend it to anyone fishing the fingers or lake Ontario !! The tourney was a complete success with out observers, Cooler check worked great !! Im all aboard for this year already and cant wait.. Cheaters always find a way to weed themselves out anyway theres a lot of eyes out there and people watching out for others when it comes to the great group of guys that come together for this tourney and others as well...
