  1. Yea... I'm hoping it doesn't push the browns too far... Guess its time to buy a temp probe /:(
  2. Idk... We went from 50's to straight 75-80 and will stay that way till at least Saturday. I'll be interested to see how the weekend rolls out
  3. Last year was awesome in in black river
  4. I'm hoping dexter pays off saturday
  5. The kickers not left down but the highest tilt position leaves like half the prop and lower unit in the water, not much but just enough to worry me
  6. Seeing if anyone could answer this question before I hassle the marinas. In the merc manual it says to keep the motor in gear to keep the prop from moving while on the road, but what about in the water? I'm confused cause I'd think going full speed with my main any drag would be harmful to the lower unit on the kicker? I thought it was more harmful to spin the prop while in gear, Any thought?
  7. Hey I saw you at gander mountain getting some spoons! Right before I launched out of Stoney this afternoon. Thanks for the help, that launch Is rough. Got four browns this afternoon with one close to 10lbs. Another at 8. I threw a spoon out there to switch it up on my all stick spread. And then wamo, -switched to spoons
  8. Not looking for much, don't want to pay shipping and figure somebody else might need an item. I fish Mexico when it's not a tornado on the waters and live north of that. Cannon base plate and gimbal mount Prop- believe its 13x19- was a spare for a 120hp evinrude loop Hub- not sure for what Group 24 battery box
  9. Totally need pictures
  10. You by any chance have the canvas for sale for your 19.5 gls sea nymph?
  11. I'd second that... I had a boat I sold because I just felt there was bad mojo. (Fiberglass 1980 21ft) and I still see it for sale on clist for 2 years. An survey goes a long way because a bad boat just turns into a land boat lol
  12. Looking for a used power drive model with at least 55lb thrust, and 50inch shaft for under $500. For my 19.5 sea nymph. Thanks!
  13. Thanks everyone but after much frustration of first trying to remove the hose, then using fish tape to thread smaller hose to no avail... I said screw it.... Bought a $20 bilge pump and threw the hose over the fuel tank and added a switch on the dask, I should add picks lol.
  14. Surfing lakes app for iPhone, has all the Great Lakes
  15. There Seems to be an intrusion some where with gunk. And i cant fish the smaller hose through. Unfortunately it seams like the boat made guide holes for this one stinking hose. In a final ditch effort to keep my livewell from turning into a cooler I'm just gonna route a hose over my tank and throw a pump in that sucker and flip a switch to drain my livewell, either next week I'm fishing or the boats getting scrapped lol and I'm going to start knitting.
  16. I'd second that, browns are a worthy fight right now and pike are right around the corner plus you don't have to go very far from shore, in addition warm water species just arnt as active or fun until their in season. Enjoy the cold water species while they last cause there like flies on s&i£.
  17. That's crazy, how were the waves? I thought it was gonna be rough out there, guess I misread the weather action
  18. That's funny I just went to ace and picked up 1 1/4 hose to thread through the old 1 1/2 and just use adapters! Thanks for all the help, if this doesn't work ice chest it is!
  19. Went to take my boat out for the first season and short story after replacing wires, and batteries, my livewell drainage hose dry rotted an cracked at the dock. When I went to look at how to replace it seams this hose runs from my livewell directly under the fuel tank to the transom and nothings budging. Was wondering what the easiest war to replace. I thinking I have to remove my 5 foot gas tank I filled for first day out lol. And drill rivits out all day just to do so, at that rate might as well replace my fuel tank from 1989. I was hoping I could just pull the hose out but it seems I'm sol. Any thought?
