Your leader is too short. Start at 22 inches and adjust.

I have the cannon itellitroll which gives me the probe depth. Its usually anywhere from 8-14 ft when down over 80 ft. If I was you I would just get the x4. The coated cable is a pain. Im on my second one this yr. Was it my fault yes but still a pain. I've fished on a boat with a x4 so much easier only my unit has a advantage on is I know how deep my probe is depth raider and x4 don't give the depth of probe

Put a bead on the wire and reel it to the twilli. Or wrap the dipsy around the reel

Its a haul out to 500 ft. Probally about 10 miles or so. Never measured the distance but its a 25 minute boat ride in waves

Tie 3 nail knots over it and hit them with a drop of super glue. Mine is still on after 3 yrs of fishing the salmon river

Some of the best fly fisherman in Oswego run yellow beads on 95% their tourney rigs. Me personally, I like to use different colors, and stick with 10mm beads. We use 3 in between the treble and octopus.
3 10 mm beads really? 10mm is huge

Yeah! Give me $19,499 and your Car and she is yours! lol Team Screamer quit? When Lake Ontario dries up maybe! lol
you wouldnt be saying that if you came and looked at the car, worth 750 all day. so are you going bigger or just getting a new boat? that thing is beautiful

How many beads do you guys run 2 or 3? Also what's everyones favorite colors? Does it make a huge diffrence? I tied a bunch with the green prism. Somewith 2 green and a glow. On the river I get pretty weird about beads with the nail polish and all. But is it make a huge diffrence on the trolling flies
