    All the plastic bases are junk. I replace them way too often. I was going to switch over to big johns but I was told they are no better

    I have a 22 ft islander and I run my 9.9 off the main tank. You must install a 2 way fuel valve so you can switch from main engine to your kicker. Very simple to install. I bought a nice brass one cost me about $70 I think. Well worth the $ not to have a separate tank.

    Who pays $10 for a spoon? I buy bulk and get brand new for $3 to $6. And I feel your pain I stopped buying Michigan stingers a few years ago. They are garbage! There sales rep finally admitted they have major paint issues(after lying to me a week earlier). He said its because they are not allowed to use lead based paint! Ha they haven't used lead in paint since the 60s I heard( before I was born). I would drop a colored spoon and pull up a silver one! The rep told me if I caught a fish on the spoon they figured I got what I paid for! So I figured it would be $8 for every fish I caught!! Hope they aren't biting!! But hey they offered to re paint them for $2 apiece plus I pay shipping !! .I had a buddy hand me one on my boat as a joke and I threw it overboard and that's the best use I've got out of one!!!

    Nice color on those stingers to bad it only lasts one trip! Dream weaver ss all the way I'll never buy another stinger.

    70 to.120 ft salmon bows and of course Lakers . Green and whit flasher white glow flies for Lakers and anything copper colored for bows and salmon.

    The W does not mean (weiight) The lower the # after the w means better oil function at low temperature.

    I wish they would split the categories. We had an 8 1/2 lb LL a 8 lb brown and a 6 lb bow 2 years ago only to find out they are all the same category. Not sure why they do it this way. Its a great lil derby but I wish it was split.
