  1. They only make a 22 and 26 ft so I'm assuming its a 22ft

  3. Yea I hear you used spoons sell for about $2 a piece in excellent condition.
  4. Yes that's what I pay around $3
  5. That's about retail
  6. Then register it then. I know for a fact that you can't. I'm not trying to be a jerk but I don't want someone thinking you can register it as homemade because you can't trust me I tried
  7. Yes you can if its actually homemade.
  8. Just an FYI NY state does not allow you to register trailers as homemade anymore. They must actually be homemade with paperwork from an inspection station stating that they are in fact homemade. Unfortunately they stopped allowing it because it was to easy to register hot trailers.
  9. I have 2 that bolt to the gunnel and the mast fits inside of it with the hand nut on the side. Not sure if this is what you need
  10. I bought a pair of brand new okuma convectors loaded with 7 strand wire shipped for $200 on E bay. Hard to beat that price.

  14. Check out Bark at the moon coyote club site. I have been a member of it for a few years and it is packed full of great info on hunting them in NY.
  15. Nice buck and thanks for sharing your story
  16. Well said Tile man
  17. It was never intended to offend anyone I just pointed out that the pic of a dead fawn with 2 arrows sticking out of it poorly placed i mite ad was in poor taste and does not reflect well on sportsman. And my passing deer up has never resulted in empty tags just bigger deer. So please don't be offended not what I was trying to do.
  18. Selective hunting means taking the older deer out of the herd. Not killing fawns
  19. A good hunter cares about a healthy deer heard and is selective for the purpose of maintaining a good heard so they can be hunted in the future. Is killing a fawn worth the 20lbs of meat gambler? Maybe that's all you kill because you don't know how to pass up a deer. Let them walk and you may be rewarded for it.
  20. I am happy for him as well and I am not offended by the pic either but i think of others not just myself that's the reason I said something. I was told a long time ago if I wanted to be a better hunter I had to be a better hunter! Im glad his freezer is full but I guess I don't like seeing fawns killed. Its like planting a garden and then tilling it up before its ready.
  21. Not trying to offend anyone but pics of a dead fawn with arrows sticking out of it is in poor taste. And as far as the DEC wanting all those tags filled you may be rite but if all those tags were filled you would not have a very good deer heard to hunt. I also see that he mentioned he has not killed a buck yet. If he is more selective hopefully he will have a chance at taking an animal that sports that head gear he is hoping for.
  22. I don't think sportsman would condone posting pics of a dead fawn with arrows sticking out of it. I am an avid deer hunter and I think its in poor taste and does not reflect well on us as sportsman. I'm happy that you feel you have been successfull but you may want to consider leaving the fawns in the woods so they can mature and possibly offer you better opportunities in the future.
  23. Nice buck! That's my favorite kind of coyote as well a dead one
  24. I agree if someone shot my dog it would not end well. Contact the DEC let them deal with it. I know a guy who shot his neighbors dog and he did a year in county jail for it.
