    Does not do what he says he will do. Told me to get the shipping quote and he will send the money to my pay pal that was 2wks ago on friday. Reached out to him numerous times all downrigger stuff boxed up ready to go,does not have even the courtesy to send me a response after i have sent him messages for two wks.
