  2. Its pretty tough to regulate what goes on between two consenting adults in a boat on the water,and I'm all for getting around big brother in any and every way.The donation is for fishing instruction not a charter fee.A potential client should decide if this is the charter for them.
  3. Where are the docks? near the motel just east? Also are there any hours you cant fish ?ie early am
  4. Nope ,I would run up the lake and fish near gold seal.I wont say you wont get lakers 20-50 down but I find the bottom very productive and I would start there and when your tired of bringing in fish then i would try the upper water and see. I use seth green as my first choice.

  6. We went out of the state park again today for a few hours in the rain.We boated 10 lakers on the seth green rods,kept our 6 and called it a day.
  7. Well after three trips this spring we finally got the skunk out. We went 5/6 on lakers by the state park.We were on the water 3:30 -5:30.Hope to get out again in the A.M.

Boat Depth: 130 Lure Depth: on bottom with cowbell,4 color core ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ====================we went out of fairhaven and put down in 30 ft working northeast at 125 ft we headed west and trolled all the way to sodus.no hits on the dipsys or the riggers. the lakers were small except one in the 6-7 lb range ,the steels were 23 inch.had 1 .5 hr ride back to the launch with the waves never went over 10 mph. Had a flat on my truck north of Lyons.If you have a silverado I suggest you go out today and let your spare down as it took almost 2 hrs to get the spare down,didn't get home till after midnight. Saw a bald eagle fly over 104 on the way up to the lake. All in all a great day. Never saw another fisherman all day,had to real in a side plainer to let a sailboat go by

  11. I was the guy in the twin boat. I got the skunk,had a nice one on but lost it at the surface.Was marking groups of fish at all depths but 117 seemed to hold the most
  12. The storm never hit? I wanted to head up but the radar didn't look good.still doesn't
  13. Anyone running these without the tracks? I just ordered 2 and didn't relize a track was needed. I mounted them but have only up and down adjustment
  14. Got a few small lakers on sunday afternoon,it was tough with the wind weeds and fleas.
  15. We went out of severne at about 4:30 pm ,motered north to the camp and started towards long point trolling in 150 fow with spoons in the top 1/3. Marked lots of fish mostly 48 down. First hit was a small laker released back to grow. Next 2 rods hit and one LL in the box,We hit 2 more nice LL south of long point. Just off long point we picked up 2 small browns both released. We battled weeds all around the point and some fleas too. GF has a week off so we will be on the water alot,hope to get some pictures.

  17. We went out of woodville for the first trip to canandaguia, got caught in the heavy rain.we started trolling north when we hit 150 fow and trolled up till we hit 200 . On our turn we caught a nice laker on the top spoon of the seth green rod ,trolled south towards the launch and got a nice rainbow on the downrigger at 77ft over 170. that was my first on the downrigger and it was jumping behind the boat when terry pointed it out. Had lunch at the sawmill and hoped the storm would stop,we sat in the truck and watched the bass guy have their weigh in,still thundering so we called it a day.

  20. not much to report. 7:30 till 2 with no hits. trolled from south of severne up to long point.didn't even mark many fish.
  21. Im undecided on my afternoon run,you found it slower than the past three days?
  22. put in a severne and ran up to long point.lines in just north of the point and started a southerly run. We just cleared the point with a hit on the green rig,boated a nice LL.Continued south and off the camp we lost 2 LL at the boat and an unknown got off before we got it to the top all from the same green rig. put 2 more LL in the boat south of the launch. ended the day 3 for 6. Marked lots of fish up high 15 -37 range over 150ish seamed to be the spot.
