  1. I wouldnt do that. There has to be numbers somewhere on it. Even serial numbers will help. I have seen serial numbers with the pitch being the last 3 usually ending with the letter p.
  2. Hahaha I dont care who you are that theres funny. I think you might draw more in if its rap or hip hop.
  3. A friend of mine swears by pugsleys and I have ordered numerous parts thru them. Great people. Almost sounds like it's loading up that could be a spark or fuel issue, and worst case scenario low compression.
  4. Look on the inside of the prop hub under the exhaust carbon.
  5. I live on those during the summer. That and homemade sweet tea.
  6. In the past we have cooked breakfast while trolling but for snacks it's generally those cheese crackers in the little 6 packs, venison slim jims, beer (bud heavy or black crown), and usually a bag of chips.
  7. They can do that.
  8. I made sure to put him way out there. I could have palmed a softball and it would have fit in her mouth no problem. Kind of wish I kept it to mount but being such a large fish she had good genes.
  9. I have caught 5 to 8 lbs browns from shore in oswego during college and was a blast with lots of braid on the spool but a huge king would be nuts. Dont get me wrong it would be fun but a good work out.
  10. I do the same except I cut them into smaller meals and if they wont be in the freezer for long I just use a quart freezer bag throw the fillets in then fill with water until covered then put in freezer. The water encapsulates the fillets and dont let them become freezer burnt.
  11. I too got a salmon net. Love it!
  12. Anyone see the articles about ammo manufacturers? Looks like any ammo for civilians will be next to impossible to come by until they fulfill the gov't orders.
  13. It should work long as it is in clear water (prop below transom). I push my 23' proline using a 7.5hp Johnson and I can get about 3.5-4.5mph against a 3' chop. Granted its at full throttle but it works and doesn't get overheated while doing it.
  14. I would make sure if you run buckets throw a threaded rod thru them and attach that way because the handle will pull out.
  15. Thanks. This is the only time I really bass fish.
  16. I caught this flipping down in Florida on Marion lake. Had a good day except we dropped a cylinder in my grandfather in law bass boat. Should have get fixed tomorrow.
  17. I used a board in a vise with a bolt thru it and a nylon lock nut with a washer. I spooled her nice and tight I dont think she can get too much tighter.
  18. The fish in lake ontario are on the larger side and I personally would not want to be holding the rod when a 20+lbs. salmon slams the rod. My wife hates trolling but has came around and doesn't mind it so much.
  19. I priced some parts thru vintage outboards. Just google that and I thinkits the 1st or 2nd link.
  20. My main running motor I trailer all the way up because the motor head and lower unit are really similar in weight and balance each other out so it isn't always pulling on the transom.
  21. One thing about that chart that worries me is the decreasing trend of the high water on there.
  22. Ya but I was also out fishing on 3/17 and was in a Tee shirt for the 2nd half of the day. That isn't the case this year. Where I live we are still dipping into the teens so its your call. I would another week or 2.
  23. Mr. Clean Got a question about your motor? What year is it and have you had any idling issues with her? Mine at the end of last year didn't want to idle worth a crap but could have just been the 45* weather.
  24. This can't be good even for the big ocean liners coming thru. You would think they would raise her up a little.
  25. I sure hope.
