Moving and need to sell my little trolling rig. 1989 20' sportcraft fishmaster. 4 cylinder I/o mercruiser. New impeller kit last spring. Runs and idles great for trolling. Calkins tandem axle trailer. Has Bimini top. Bought rig two seasons ago for $3,500. Since then put custom stainless rocket launcher on. Two Scotty downriggers electric with dual rod holders. Lowrance elite 5 hdi with map card. Scottys have swivel bases and brand new chamberlain releases. I would also give you my 12lb weights. Has dual planer board mast also with set of homemade boards. Spent $500 on rocket launcher plus added 6 stainless adjustable clamp on rod holders. $500 on lowrance. $500 on two scottys. Floor is not original fiberglass it's replaced resin and gel coated plywood. And there are few gel coated patches on boat from old drainage system that leaked. Boat is solid starter boat, trailers easy. Boats parked at friends. Have to get few more pics. Text or call only no pm's please. $3,500 Matt 315-877-2041 Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

I got the islander out of shrink wrap, put rocket launcher, rod holders, and down riggers back on Saturday. I ran the boat on muffs she started right up and ran smooth. Easter morning, I went out to make sure she was ready for fishing and she ran great. I trolled from wrights landing east made a few passes and went 6 for 7 on brown trout. -

It's a 165 hp merc I/O 4 cylinder. It is really good on gas. I could troll all day on $40, plus it gets down to those trolling speeds just fine in calm water. -

transom is solid. I never had any issues, it is an I/O. when I gutted and replaced the floor, I had my uncle check it out. He said it didn't need to be replaced. Since he is a certified mercury mechanic, and I have seen him do full boat and muscle car restorations over the years, that's good enough for me. that was last spring, and had no intentions of selling. -

on water at 5am. just me and wife didn't want to get too complicated with my set up. skipped browns, tried for silver. Ran 2 riggers, 2 dipsies, and one leadcore, didn't bring copper, also didn't have my speed and temp on so no temps for you. slow day landed 1 steely on leadcore. couldn't find the bite with out temp tried everywhere but steely came in 180FOW on 7 or 8 colors. Main reason for my post was to ask about a boat. I saw a sweet boat pass me when I was leaving. The boat was being delivered on a Semi truck flat bed, so pretty big fishing boat. Boat name was Blue pearl I think barely saw it in my rearview. I was just wondering if anybody knows the boat, It looked like a Sweet Boat just wondering if anybody knew the make or model.

Color matters look at a color spectrum chart. Certain colors are only visible to certain depths in the water column in the light. Red orange are for top of water column and don't work nearly as well in deep water as blues and greens.

I didn't want a single mast on both sides of the hardtop to crawl around to get up front. I bought a used double reel planer mast, got rid of the mast and mounted the reels right on the top back corners of my hardtop. They're higher than the mast, so planer lines off water better in rough seas and no masts in way.
