    pm sent, trailer is in lake ariel pa. brakes are all there and move freely just have no fluid, it was this way when i bought the boat. i will see if i get a little free time if i can fill them and bleed it, kinda hard with the boat on it. when i get the new boat trailer i may repair the brakes and up the asking price
