  4. you can also try running braid instead of wire. wire is better but braid is much better than mono. i run my high dipsys on braid, it works well.

  18. my kenner c.c. has 2 scuppers right at the water line. they both allow water in with waves or both people go to back, horrible!! i put plugs in both prior to launching. if rain water builds up, i remove the plugs and hit the throttle to drain.

  21. if it looked like cotton on the fish it could have been a disease called ick. this is common in ornamental ponds but not so much on a natural lake. koi are very prone to it.
  22. the riptide is a powerdrive v2 that is also rated for saltwater use. it is available in a 70lb thrust. i just purchased one with the i-pilot brand new and it cost me a little over $1100. the i-pilot is worth every penny.
  23. you will not get enough gear oil in from the top. air will get trapped.
