  1. Sandy is the best little port on the south side of the lake.
  2. Pay attention to the launch if you're dropping a big boat. The pads a little short, you don't want the wheels of your trailer to go over it.
  3. Poor guy, my only advice is don't eat the lake trout. Go get that pizza down the road. Worst comes to worst do a stir fry with stomach contents of the laker and throw the rest away.
  4. S&W M&P
  5. I have always loved big Browns and have been fortunate enough to have caught a few. Can't imagine one like those.
  6. Close, (wtf now I'm the old guy). A 39+ lb laker did , caught early 90's? There is a pic of Dave Chilson and the angler and fish on the wall at East Fork Marina. I remember it was caught on a Sassy Shad.
  7. was out for two hours yesterday in 100-200 and didn't see much. Had a small king and dropped a teenager behind the boat. Saw very few marks and zero bait. Never know, it could be better tomorrow, good luck
  8. Sorry, just saw September. If I can help you I will.
  9. X2. Going to try it with sea bass.
  10. Welcome Linda

  12. Wish I wasn't working. This event is a ton of fun. Anyone can fish it and anyone can win it. Great bunch of guys and you just can't beat Sandy.
  13. Some good info on "lifting" in the tributary section. Gotta think if you got caught you could just say you were catfishing.
  14. Mouse/rat traps should scare them off without doing any serious damage.
  15. I have had a stray in my food plot and back property for two years. It hasn't bothered me so I've left it alone. I'm surprised the yotes haven't gotten it.
  16. Welcome rattler
  17. Twice in the past ten years cats have decided to mark their territory in my boat. Bye bye kitty.
  18. Do they just not know or just not care?
  19. I try not to argue with idiots or newbies, you appear to be both.
  20. LOL, you for one were always pretty stealthy on the radio
  21. funny, a bunch of people here have no idea what is used to be like. There was no LOU and no cell phones. The VHF was the deal, most days the chatter was constant.
