Anglers Avenue @ Greater Niagara Fishing & Outdoor Expo

Thank you Tim, that sounds great. Sounds like a very interesting couple of days!!!! -
That's pretty much a grey area, if it's a mount that was handed down, I don't think it would matter as they have more important things to do, I have my brothers mount and mine neither have tags on them now, they did at one time. I always leave a tag or two from the the year in the freezer that way if they find reason to dig around in my freezer the tags are there. I'm not 100% on the laws on a find in the woods so to speak. Depends on the taxidermist also, a lot won't do the work unless there's a tag.

Where exactly is this place, I would really like to come up for that. The tickets are $8.00 for admission. This does not include the salmon school correct? So is there enough stuff to occupy a man for 3 days? I would really like to see the items that you can only get from the folks that devote their heart and sole to the Great Lakes!! Thanks for any help. Ps where is a good place to stay. PAP -
WOW, if at all possible were you able to tell if it was shot, or any roads close by? Or maybe it's a victim of those other posts that stated they died from a disease. Either way it would make a hell of a nice Europen mount!! If it was shot someone is sick all over again, first shooting it and either thinking he/she missed, or looked and was not able to find it and now this buck is all over the Internet! If I would have shot such a monter I would have got in touch with someone who had dogs to track it, in my case I now a few guys that have coyote dogs. Hopefully this isn't a hunters bad judgement or if it doesn't fall in it tracks it's considered a miss!!! 👣👣

Today ends our rifle season, but the day after or the first of January 1st starts our front end loader season, more exited about that then this season mid 50* the whole season, even the bigger gangs this year did poorly. We need colder weather to get them moving!!!! Good luck to all have a great holiday!!

I won a new Remington 870, that shoots the 3" and the 3 1/2" shells but you need to change something for the 3 1/2" shells. One thing I did notice is it seems, well I don't know how to explain it but it rattles when you shake it the action is loud the trigger pull has a 1/4" creep in it, maybe it's a lesser model. My older 870's are my bread & butter I wouldn't give them up. They are a no fail reliable gun. Of course IMO.

I hear ya there Les, more than once this year I found that less is more or better which ever way is correct?? So you still keep the 5ft per color theory. I really didn't buy it for the extra depth, I bought so that I could get 7-8 colors on with a good amount of backer. I had a bunch of Sealine 47 level winds which worked out great.

Don't you just love that!! 9 times out of 10 it was a elderly person going for the paper!! Happens to me every F/N time without fail!!! I'm usually the first person up and at the destination we agree on by 20 mins. But every once in a while I would have made it if the person in front of me wasn't stuck in granny gear. LOL

What make were you using? Defiantly not what I wanted to hear, I never got a chance to use mine last year. Spent mucho $$ on line and terminal gear. Did you notice the extra 2ft claimed to achieve? Thanks PAP.

This weeks forecast is to be in the 50's and over the weekend in the 60's!! I can't ever remember cutting a Christmas tree in short sleeves, but hey there is a first for everything. This is the second week of deer season and to finish the week near 60*F. I think it was 2011-12 we didn't get a flake of snow, so those 3 year trends might be something to think about?

With today's 2 strokers, oil injected just add gas, keep oil reservoir capped off, they are quiet from what you got now. Maybe even a little lighter?? My uncle put a new 2 stroker on his aluminum 16.5, mister muskie, I know that's the make but I'm not sure of the manufacturer. It had a 60hp. Chrysler I know that's not much to come pair to, but we were amazed with its performance, and the dealer told Dave, and he could drop to a 50hp. I would look into the 2 strokers just for shyts and giggles, unless your dead set on a 4 stroker. Don't get me wrong they both pro's and con's but I'm really impressed with his new Merc. I will say he can't troll with it, it's speed at an idle in gear is 3 plus other then that that's the only down, he runs 2 of the smallest socks the Amish outfitter sells, actually a little throttle to get 1.5-1.8 That's the only down fall I sea. Good luck which ever direction you choose!!
