Yeow, that's to F'n high for me!! I wouldn't even "think" about that!! Even in my high school days we still can't believe the click I was in with is even alive today. Not to make excuses but things were a lot different back then. We grew up in the tail end of the muscle car era. and we were all motor heads, and beer drinkers.

Lowrance is the worst out there for resolving problems and units 5 years old, let a lone your unit. Not to sound like an a$$ but they will laugh at ya and say it's time to update. I'd be surprised if whoever answers the phone even knows what unit your even talking about. all they know is buy a new one problem solved!!

Well I know I sacrificed a lot of trips as the kids grew up!! but know that they are old enough to fend for themselves I've had a lot more time for myself. Family comes first your young yet, you'll have time to redo your life. -
I don't know the weight factor, like Dave mentioned the plywood being one piece with hold everything in place, I don't know if you don't put nailers in you won't have enough places to fasten each board. Plus after the plywood you put a sealer to it will be waterproof, where the decking boards will leak in between the joints, making the under wood wet and it will rot quicker than you think. This is my opinion so could be wrong. Just going by what my deck does when it rained and also those boards are heavy.

Yeah Moose I don't know you very well, but we've been in the BRCG, for 20 plus years, you certainly got a lot going on there in a short amount of time wish ya well man. That's a nice piece of property for sure. -
I used to have the coolest sign hanging in my shop it read "in God we trust and ALL others pay cash"

Yea muskidreams Mark said it was in the spring, I happened to bump into him at a local gas station. Then he proceeds to tell me out this huge Muskie that was in the net of these college students!! So yeah your on target with the time!!

Absolutely the harder they pull the more straight they will be out to the side of the boat, also your releases will be more effective as to setting the hooks, if the fish is pulling the tow line back instead of the release doing its job you will have more missed fish. Plus your releases will slide down the tow line much better. I made my own also and used cedar wood, the first 1/2hr they ride high in the water and don't pull as hard. The more water they absorb the deeper they sit in the water the more of the cutting edge is in the water making them pull even harder, less prone to flip over in rough water.

Yeah that would be awesome!! Your the ace in the hole we've been looking for!! I don't expect you to do all this for nothing!! Whatever it is that's what I'll pay. I'm just happy for you to help us out!! There has to be cost plus your time. Thanks again!! PAP Sent from my HTC Desire 610 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Congrats to the fish, and have a happy birthday!! Not to change the subject but talked to a buddy that has a house on the ST. Lawrance River in Clayton, the collage kids or adults were doing a study on some sort of fish and they had a 54" Muskie in their net right of Marks property, he said it was huge!! He couldn't believe how big that fish was. He couldn't wait to tell me!!

Thanks guys for the info!! Still looking for a set of bases that hold the rigger itself, I have the cannon swivels, but need the part in between the rigger and the cannon swivels. I have read the above post on line, I was hoping someone would have a set of the lake system bases. Thanks for showing the interest to help me out, I'll look into those U shaped bases. Maybe I could patent som sort of base. Will post pic of under side to give an idea of what I'm looking for.!! PAP ps it's a shame for these riggers, they were hardly used, one has coated cable on it for a sub troll!!.

Well that sucks, but what were they thinking?? Again prayers go out to the families, and at least there can be some sort of closure for the families

Lake systems riggers As some might of heard I thought I was getting a set of outriggers, well it turned out to be 3 Lake System riggers and they all work as I tested them. The problem I'm running into is what type of bases do these riggers take? It appears that there is a sort if dovetail type base and they also accept a pipe type mount like those that fit into those angled rod holders that are manufactured into gunnal rails. I was wondering if anyone would have bases laying around. I would like to mount these on my 18fter that I run around home with. If anyone knows of other mounts that would work, or have a set of bases that would be great. Also if anyone has any knowledge of what poundage these riggers can lift? Thanks for any help. Greatly appreciated!! Thanks PAP.

Just curious as to why the actual asking price is $7,500.00 and further into the post it says will take 11g's?? -
Oh yea my expedition works great now. I love it to tow with, I hook my 22fter up she doesn't even squat, where my father in law new 1/2 ton GMC pick up really squats down bad. With the 3rd seat I can take a pile of people with. Towing I get 9mpg but man does this truck have power!! Plus I have a performance chip in it, that actually brought my mileage up, I used to get 9.5 - 10mph. I miss my pickups but I'm not sure what I'd get next as I like my expedition a lot. Really the only thing I had to do is fix the motor, and your normal everyday stuff.

I'm with LakeBound on this one like mentioned above it you have power to the small red wire and it lights a test lite hooked to the metal part of the solinoid it's not a ground issue its The solinoid. Which will take a dump like that. I carry a spare one of those, along with lots of other paraphernalia!!
