Someone bought the one I was after, while I was hym hawing around and scratching my ass should I shouldn't I it got sold. Since you guys turned me into a spoon buyingahaulic I definatly need this box now. Yea, I was going to mention that also, even if it's $10.00 a person, it would add up quick. A dollar amount any fisherman/lady could drop off, I've done some fund raisers for my daughters softball team, lots will give a little meaning 5,10 bucks. But littlewill give a lots. There's more folks that will drop a 5 or a 10 it's easy for folks to let those amounts go and have a feeling of doing their part. But anything over 20 bucks is difficult for folks to let go of. Just some of my experiences, with people and their money. Yes they will benefit the same as one who would drop a Ben Franklin. But you can't think of it that way. If one makes an effort then it's not about how much. It takes the same amount of initiative to put 5 in a kitty as it does a 50.

when I pull this off, I'm hoping that this product will retrofit all units. I'll have to find the distance between the area where the motor rests against the pin. I'm hoping to have this simple design fit all motors Merc, Johnson Honda you name it. it will have a water proof power cord to inside the boat with a rocker switch for up an down, but you can locate the switch to your preference once inside your boat.

Hey guys I've been working on a system, this product will change the ways of making lifts!! the actuator is like a threaded rod that a internal motor spins it in or out, they are water proof and a harness powers a electric motor. So far I have shyt going on when I finish it I'll show you, but so far the whole deal will be attached to the motor itself, no big clumsiness going on!!.

LETS HELP OUT OUR BEST RIGGER WEIGHT GUY OUT THERE!! HAEVEY NEEDS OUR HELP Hey guys I talked to Harvey O' Harra for a long time yesterday, Harvey is a genuine as it gets!! He's is also very particular with the type of lead he uses!! He explained to me that soft lead is hard to find unless you have scrap yards and other guys looking for ya. I could tell he doesn't want to rais his prices, to keep his customers happy. He's old school guy, understands every dollar doesn't come easy in today's word. Yet the others are charging their price and the guys aren't batting an eye!! So I was wondering if those of you that may have some lead laying around or know of a source that's willing to sell at a reasonable price. Like the scrap yards around my end of town have good lead up the ass but getting it to Harvey is were the cost comes into play, along with the "actuall price" itself. The easiest thing to do is accept a bump in price so he can continue to make his quality weights. So I was wondering how many of you guys that use Harvey's weights would continue to use him if he had to raise his price? Which he solely does not want to do. I did this totally on my own, not influenced by Harvey in any way. But to be able to still get what I think is a great product, that most of us can afford to buy 2 of. If push came to shove would folks that use his weights, still support Harvey's torpedo weights and his smaller weights he sells for other means of fishing?? If we could show a good amount of support for Harvey, this would relieve a lot of stress off his shoulders. He also mentioned the LOU guys have been very good to him!! So let's show our support for Harvey's weights in a way that he knows his Buisness will continue if a raise in price would be the last resort to keep these quality weights coming in our direction!! Thanks for taking the time to read this and maybe a pm or a little something shown towards Harvey would be great!!! Thanks again PAP.

I wish the nights were higher!! What we gain during the day, will be lost a night, pray for sunny days that eats ice fast. Yesterday going to the show it wasn't above freezing till after 10:00am, and still in the 30's and foggy. Ain't gonna go fast!!, but I can't hunt eyes till the first Saturday in May!! By Jesus it better be gone then. LOL

All of the above is spot on, and like mentioned above it needs to freeze solid to do any damage. Just make sure you use a regular lightbulb, I gave this same advice and I get a phone call" I had a skim layer of ice in my motor this morning, I said first how the hell do you know that, he pulled a line to the exhaust manifold and I can see it" what type of light did you use, my drop with a long bulb, long bulb you mean a fluorescent bulb, I guess, what a F-N knot head, they don't make heat!!! Ooh yea I never thought about it. some times you can't fix stupid!!!!

Ooo man that's funny, well I guess heads with a brain think the same. LOL

Why in the hell did you put the lamprey eel back in the water??

Well just got home, left this morning at 6:00am, boy did I under estimate the time, got there 10:30am boy O boy am I glad I went took my daughters, would like to say thank you to Great Lakes Lures, great man and wife team with a generous purchase!! Next I met Harvey O Harra, again great guy will be doing Buisness with this man, got me some kick ass sinkers for Browns and the kids are still talking about the butterfingers cups!! LOL saw Iron Duke but he was doing Buisness and I didn't want to interrupt his sale, but I wanted that Chicken Wing colored fly, but got caught up in the talking and forgot. I really was hoping R & R spoons were there and boy were they ever, I really wanted to see these rocker spoon, yes I was impressed to say the least, and I want to say thanks for the very generous gifts!!! I will put them to use!! Trust Me. Thanks to all, for you generosity towards my girls and me. Best of luck to all both venders and fishermen. I also got to see a lot of the back roads and woods plus streams I hear mentioned during the year. Pap. Oh I almost for got I found this guy selling the real deal Sutton's 44,88, either 34's or 22's so many spoons and numbers running through my head!! YIKES! I'm beat I got 1 1/2hrs of sleep, trying to get directions from map quest, Google WTF nobody knows where the community center is opps we can't locate your destination. Finally I zoomed in on the place and clicked on the park, well I'll be dipped in shyt we have a winner. So I printed that out and north bound we went!!

If your not a do it yourself type, I don't see the cost offset the idea of just admitting defeat and move on to a newer vessel. 10-15 thousand can buy you a hell of nice boat. Or you can spend 10 grand and your still in a mid 80's-90's vessel that's book value is 0 so it's what you think it's worth. You can't go by a monetary value at this point!! It's really what you think it's worth. But I say the technology in newer boats is way better than the older boats, some will argue this point, they don't make them like they used to. My father and I were sitting in a dinner, and these older guys were complaining about the tires on the newer car and they said they don't make them like they used to!! My father replied THANK GOD!! You guys remember driving in the winter with the older skinny tires in the 30-40's yea, well what happened?? The ruts in the roads peeled the tires off the wheel and there you sat!! My father asked when was the last time you guys changed a tire?? No reply. Get my drift he says. So I personally would think about your power plant also, motor technology has made leaps and bounds since the early 90's. So there's lots to be considered!!! I'd put it all on the table remember your boat is already fully rigged so all of the cost of the repair would be going towards the boat itself. Something to think about!!

Thanks for stepping up to the plate for our Veterans, Spoonfed-1 I would love to do this also!! These guys really inspired me in way that I can't explain, my dad was a Korean Vet. I don't consider myself a good enough fisherman, for this very special day for them!! I'm getting there though. I've had a tough 2 years of failures, first a lower unit, then a motor. Thanks again man.
