  4. I tend to agree Brian with most of it but only problem for me and what sparked me in this is that I payed to go on a charter but when we reached the DSR area those days of float fishing you couldn’t fish ? I told the guide your kidding right, he said nope, all lines have to be out of the water. That part just doesn’t seem right in Denmark. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. Slick Tricks. Best all around broadhead I’ve seen- price, quality, accuracy, damage etc. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. Just about every morning and or evening I have deer come down to the creek to drink during dog days of summer. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. KD, thanks for explaining some of that. Didn’t realize the involvement they have with DEC which is a good thing. My beef is the fishing. Take out the land ownership and taxes etc. I’m not disputing that. How does one post the water, take ownership of the states property (Fish) and not allow other paying citizens to them if in fact they are floating by? To your point on hunting and leases and private property, yes I like to hunt where I own, but I can’t fence in the animals so that they are completely mine. That’s illegal. It’s really the one part of this that I have not seen a good explanation on and what I mentioned early in another post I’d put some fluff to legal to see if it could get a difference of opinion legally. Just me though. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. I’m not familiar with another place in NY where on NYS waters you are unable to fish due to a private citizen owning the land under it. I realize you can’t anchor but at the DSR stretch you can’t even wet a line with a bobber while floating. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. I’m with Bandrus. I’m not out in 3fters if I don’t have to be. No enjoyment. If I’m living up on LO I’d be settling on glass maybe min 21 ft frame. I’m sold on the 19 ft alum due to fishing and trailering around finger lakes most of the time. If it’s calm on the big lake I can be there in 30min. 11. Actually that was a bonus, primary purpose was to control alewife. Beaches were covered in die offs prior to them be introduced. Your right about spending and area impacts. Larger picture for lake wide spending and impact doesn’t compare though. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  15. I’m with you as well. Good, being another chance to fill antlerless tags or someone who didn’t fill a buck tag during season, bad being another buck kill for someone who has already shot bucks and is using other persons buck tags to take more. Maybe it’s antlerless only? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
