  11. Here’s what I know. Two different interpretations out there used by different law enforcement agencies. (1) One is when you leave the dock, your considered underway. Whether your anchored, trolling, drifting etc, your still underway and required to utilize the pfd per regs. Probably the most safest way to look at it. (2) when your underway from being anchored or untied from dock your required to don pfds. I’ve seen both definitions communicated. I’d probably stay safe and stick with #1.   16. Yea, I’ll go out on a limb and say anyone with a high performance cross bow isn’t looking for a deal on bolts....that thing must send a missile downrange...   19. Total weight or just arrow weight? I think the bolts at 300 gr do not include broadhead weight. Add a 125 gr and your at 425 total. I could be wrong though. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
