I would get a second legal opinion. I’m not saying the person whom you contacted isn’t versed in this area but something doesn’t sound right. Your purchase was made in New York, you reside in New York, I would think NY courts would and could be involved. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

Met up with Joe and Jen from Blue Rock Charters for a family ice fishing excursion out of Belleville CA. My youngest has been begging to give it a try. Jack Frost made himself at home but didn’t stop us. If you ever get a chance to try this, Capt Joe Pence is your guy. Both Joe and Jen were very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, warm and welcoming with always making sure we were taken care of. Plan to be back soon (with out Jack Frost ) Thanks for a great time Joe and Jen. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Years ago I had the privilege of learning some of Seneca’s top fishing techniques for perch and lake trout from a man named Don DeSio. Some would say he could catch a perch out of a bucket sitting in his living room. Over the years he took a lot of people out on Seneca for an experience that only a few could ever imagine. I considered him a legend and I will surely miss that phone call every derby. Rest In Peace Captain Don. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Was on Cayuga yesterday. Saw some of the largest flocks of reds I’ve seen in a long time. Very wary. Wanted to stay in middle. Some shooting but not too much as I would of expected from starting out. Lake was calm. Wondering how Sodus is looking. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

In my opinion it’s more of a hunter issue getting over the fact that we would only be able to take 1 buck per season vs the anti hunting groups having their way. Ohio’s gun season is a week long. (NY is 3 weeks), there Muzzle is another 3 days. Their Bow however runs Sept - Feb. your not necessarily reducing limits as you can take more antlerless deer. Kinda would change the NY culture. When it boils right down to it a lot of NY hunters like to get right back out after another buck. I’m not finding fault but we can’t have our cake and eat it too. If we all want better quality bucks, we pretty much know what we need to do, it’s not rocket science. Also I’m not trying to debate anyone it’s just an opinion. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. To those who have success this year, congrats. This is a great thread. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

The day that these pirates went back out the same day to catch another batch over the legal limit of 50 per person and sold them. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app -
Agree on the debate can go on and on. For me though, my pin is on point, then I blat to get him to stop, then boom. If I can’t get him to stop, no loss, if I think he’s going to stop at scent or is hesitant as he walks I wait for the moment. To try and take that shot at him while he’s on the move is more than likely for me, a wounded deer. I’ll pass. Again that’s for me. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

All great points indeed. I do wish they would remove the sellable piece as it does change ones behavior vs just filling the freezer from a successful trip out. Some still believe that over fishing can’t impact the fisheries. Some even think that it’s impossible to catch 100’s of these fish when they go out. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

Not change your mind and if a new motor is in the budget by all means it’s a nice way to ensure it will run when I need it to. However for just a check, when you say compression is good, what’s that mean? >120 in each cylinder with less than 5% deviation between any of the cylinders? Also someone suggested carb rebuild. Not sure if the ECM or DFI is hosed but there are shops across the US that work on these based on what the faults are. Google the motor if you haven’t already. There is a evinrude shop on Seneca and up in Ontario that are good. Hope you make out. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

Had a family member stick a beauty last year but was in the most thickest cover you could imagine and didn’t have a good trail. Used a service dog and trainer, can’t remember the name but was just incredible. Short story was the dog found it 75 yds from where it was hit. Deer did a complete 180 degree turn and had everyone second guessing where the dog was taking them. Moral of the story, be open minded and never assume where you think the deer went, the dog owner let the dog work his magic and wala found it. It was a liver hit and thankfully it wasn’t pushed after the shot knowing it wasn’t in the boiler room. My hats off to you and the other dog owners that provide this service.
