  9. " No dots below lateral line , forked tail, salmon head with black gums and mouth and the body color was cold steel looking not bright silver " All the above descriptions say this isn't a bow. Mike is a very accomplished captain that I am sure has caught more fish on the fingers than most of us combined. The identity of this fish is not a bow! We may never truly know because the fish was released. He was probably staying legal within his limit of silver fish on Cayuga, even if he had three or more guys on the boat. That alone says a lot. Cool catch Mike! Nice king maybe the biggest ever caught out of Cayuga, lol! I still like the "HOBOW" Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  23. X2 On what Nick says. Last few I picked were on small rainbow/ gold colored spoons on turns also. Think they like the fleeing bait or falling a bit. Great info Nick thanks. Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  24. The dual beam 83/200 has somewhat of a narrow cone. If you slow down the rigger balls will come into view. Blowback and cone of the sonar are why you won't see them. Remember that they really aren't as deep as shown on the graph when they blow back they loose depth. experiment in shallow water 50-100' run em into the bottom and take notes if you want true depths at your typical trolling speeds. Hope that makes sense. as for the different results most likely current especially in lake O Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
