  3. If I were you I would hire Nick Overacker and take notes on his setups and how he catches fish on Seneca. It would save you tremendously in the learning curve. Lakebound88 on here. reelstoriesfishingcharters.com Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  6. Looks great! Just curious on how well your chicory has grown? Every time I plant it the deer seem to eat it down to nothing. Are you planning on putting a fence up so they can't eat part of it til you want? Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  8. Mothers makes a alum and mag polish that says its safe for all metals, stuff works great. I have bought old lures and brought them back to new condition, you can get it at any auto parts store. Like Les said clean em up after. Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. The bait will stack on the bottom in the south end of the lake, 220-260 fow this time of year. When temps hit high 40's game on for the south end, till then fish are deep. Mag dipsy n ff and riggers run 120 to 175' down will catch fish now. The warm up this week should get bait off the bottom. Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  21. The bait starts to pile up in the middle of the lake just North of the drop this time of year usually 260 fow or so. Lakers sit on top of em but debris can be bad if you get a south blow. run a mag dipsy with FF or rigger down 120 or more, won't be long those bait fish will be moving in to spawn! 23. Buddy of mine didn't move a rod on Cayuga today too, the switch in wind seemed to turn in the bite at Owasco today it was about 1:30, beautiful day out there. Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  24. Launched at the south end marina and I must send out a thanks to the gentleman who works there, or owns it.. he helped me launch since I was solo, it was appreciated. I stopped at KH redemption and got some fat heads. Tried several spots for perch without luck. Started trolling with surface temperatures at 36.5 nothing in shallow so I hit mid lake headed North, the screen looked awesome 170 fow was the ticket, when the wind switched out of the south the bite turned on like a light switch. First Laker came on a 5 color lead core with a mixed veggies spoon. Everything I put out took a shot or two with lots of soft hitting fish. Largest Laker was 9.5 smallest was 6 lbs. Fun afternoon and the only boat on the lake. Hot spoon was a pirate that can be seen in pic. The water was green and visibility was poor. Thus I used the brightest lures I had. Also a old Miller spoon size 44 1/2green was hot, used as a cheater. Released all but the smallest fish. Dunno where the perch are..?? Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
