If you go with a wire dipsy set up which I fully suggest make sure you always keep that wire taught. Do not break rods down. Keep that swivel sucked right into the twili tip or it will eventually kink and cost you a bundle!!! I keep a rubber and on an eye and hook the swivel to that. Make sure you use a stout rod holder with that as well! Best of luck. It may frustrate you and lighten the wallet but there's nothing like landing a true SLOB!!! -
I have found buss bars with only 2 bigger posts. one for the main cable going to the battery but my question is I have a kicker terminal, a main motor terminal and my minn Kota terminal to go to that other post. Should I stack them on 1 post on the buss bar or should I find a buss bar with multiple large posts on the inward side? -

I disconnect my positive side every time I am done using my boat. I have about 6 or 7 wires going to that post can anyone suggest a easier neater way to do this. Thank you...

I agree...3.5. Just imagine the quality of bucks we would have if we would pass on those 1.5 and 2.5 year olds. Let the youths and older seniors take a smaller buck if they want but the rest of us let those 6 and 8 pointers walk. Ohio has nothing on us.....except the management. -

Hey Mean Machine....that came out a little off...no offense. You may have a wall full of P&Y deer...I don't. I am just saying cameras can do more harm than good especially during season.

Dick black and fbg have good points. Get out there and hunt him and get it done before the rut which should kick in a little before Halloween. I personally do not like the comment made that "a camera can't hurt". They can definitely hurt. The main reason most guys cannot kill big bucks is they do not respect how intelligent these animals are. This is not the time for cameras. Wait till conditions are perfect for that stand and sit all day long. Just my two cents.

Don't get hung up on Seneca Perch....Try Keuka. They are just as tasty and much more eager to jump in your live well ! A much safer and friendlier lake in mid winter to say the least. -

It has been a very good year for Seneca indeed...hopefully you hit a good day...don't get disappointed though if the double digit browns don't start jumping in your boat like they do ERABBITS!!! Some days she does not like to give them up easily. Best of luck Jitterbug.
