  1. So here is a question, if you eat a banana then head onto the boat is the banana still technically on the boat?....it's in your gut right.
  2. That is so funny. Last summer we took our first trip to lake o..my dad, brother me and my son. We would listen to the VHF and when the fishing got to b slow, guys would be on the horn joking about having bananas on the dash of their boat. My son took this seriously. Later that summer we were out in my brothers boat fishing on our home lake. Not catching a thing. My son, out of nowhere says "uncle Keith, you must be hiding bananas in your boat cause we aren't catching a thing"! Man we just started rolling in laughter....

    Anchor Roller

Wow that is nice right there. Where did u get the wood piece? That is the thing I worry about because I have 6' of chain on my danforth anchor. There is no way to protect my bow from the chain while underway
  15. Wildly that's a good idea right there. Maybe something to consider

    No as in northern king?
  17. Ok so basically I should install a foil on my islander no matter what. I can't wait to try it out. I might run it first time without then pull up to an island and install it and run it with it on that way I will defiantly see the difference real quick. I hope that it lifts the stern up whil underway and forces the nose down as well. That is if the existing holes on my cavitation plate match up to the foils installation. I will check that prior to launch. Also thinking aboit assign 150 pounds to the bow via sandbags anyways.
  18. That's a dandy for sure. Seemed like it took awhile to get that bruiser in, runnin pretty light line I take it

  22. so do 2 riggers. my kicker isnt electric start etc so makes no difference. a good deep cycle battery will run 2 riggers and electronics no problem I wouldnt use the same battery for starting though
  23. I have a starting battery isolated just for the main engine.mthen I have a deep cell batter that is connected to all my electronics and 2 electric riggers. I don't have much other then an older ff lights marine radio etc. haven't had a problem yet, even all day on water running riggers up and down no issues. But it is a new and good quality deep cycle
