    i made the two hour trip today,not usable yet.ramp is still iced in,but it should be all gone by the weekend,but then the wind is gonna blow for four days!!!!!!

    i have around a dozen of the 15 and 20 series magdas and have been running them for browns on ontario and salmon and lakers on adirondack lakes for 10 years with 1000's of fishing hours on them and have had very little issues.might have to replace a drag or a sticky line counter,but other than that,they are very well built reels.

    the main marina in oswego may not be open this summer,nobody seems to realy know whats going on,it was closed last year and that caused marinas to the east and west of oswego to fill up making it tough to find a slip if you didnt get one early.

    i was just there few hours ago and drove in to the parking area between the two bathhouses,seems like the parking area is done,its all black topped,but as far as construction goes,nothing,no equipment,no material,no workers.but there sure is plenty of construction going on outside the marina,condos,townhouses,and apartment buildings being worked on erverywhere.
