    I happen to be very partial to the lowrance hds series for sonar. The detail, and quality they have is absolutely incredible. I will say though, I only use lowrance as a stand alone sonar unit, (gps back up) I use a humminbird 998 for gps. The detail on the lake master maps, and features of the humminbird are far more advanced from anything I have used with lowrance. Sent from my VS987 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
