  1. Welcome to the board, I have just recently been following your work on Facebook. A friend of mine had some fish done and that's how I found you on Facebook. Your work is absolutely unbelievable I can only imagine what it looks like in person. I fish in Pulaski a lot can't wait to see your work first hand, when do you think the shop will be open there?
  2. Generally never any issues shooting low brass out of any 870 pump, my Remington 1100 is a bit testy with low brass,( just not enough umph to work the action) never had an issue with any of the triggers in my remington shotguns. An 870 super mag is generally a bulletproof firearm. I have hear rumors that the newer 870 trigger guard were cast but if you don't use it as a sledge hammer I don't think it will matter.
  3. Hands down......... Bay de Noc lure company Do-Jigger
  4. Pretty sure they are illegal to use in NY, I know a few of the shops and big box stores have PA legal only signs hanging near the rage 3 blade heads. Perfectly legal to sell in NY.
  5. My dad got his two weeks ago, mine showed up yesterday. I bet if not today, should be tomorrow.
  6. We usually head over to Rudy's in Oswego. Eis house is very good also.
  7. This time of year the saw belies are spawning, they are usually chasing one another near the surface, this may be the reason for the lakers being in the top part of the water column. Easy meals.
  8. I have caught cats trolling WP for walleyed before, usually worm rigs. The T-stick does make sense though.
  9. Either will be good, Mexico or Oswego. Browns been hitting real close inside 4-20 FOW.
  10. Mine does but it is a 15 horse
  11. Confuscious says: "Man who walks through airport turnstile sideways is going to BANGKOK"
  12. The almost annual crappie derby is scheduled for this Saturday the 14th at Whitney point reservoir in Whitney point NY, Broome county.
  13. I believe taunghannock (sp?) has a bubbler, at least they used to. It's been many years since I have launched there in winter
  14. I would give anything to hunt with my grandfather just one more day, sounds like your weekend was a success to me.
  15. I would suggest any wader from L.L. bean or Cabelas brand, both have no questions asked return policies. I understand this really does not answer your question but if you do have an issue you can get them replaced.
  16. Remington core-lokt ultra 20 gauge 2 3/4" sabot, expensive but deadly. Is the barrel a Remington factory barrel or an aftermarket barrel like a Hastings. Mine is Hastings and it shoots 1.5" groups at 100yds. Cheapest I have found them is about $17 / box, and they are extremely hard to find at least in our area.
  17. Red and yellow.......Red and white, good place to start
  18. I feel everybody's pain, I once had my uncle from florida (who is an avid fisherman in florida, but extremely unfamiliar with trolling the great lakes) on the boat and he watched as I set up and changed programs a couple times so felt comfortable pulling in lines. He thought the riggers stopped automatically when the ball came all the way to the top. They do not. Lost three 12lb. Balls that day, no probes or releases but It was an expensive day. Straightened out all the weight clips. He felt bad but now we laugh about it.
  19. Nice!!!!!!!!!!!
