I will 3rd Minions meat rigs! Same colors mentioned before but i will also throw in his purple uv rig. Its always in the water for us along with flo bot. I am excited about his cotton candy rig which is new this year. It should be a killer in the high sun. The best part of Minion is the customer service which is 2nd to none!!! yes i started doing this 2 years ago cause i was tired of wasting the legs and thighs. Now i save as much as possible to make soup with my fiancee and I absolutely love it
Spent a couple of days in the Adirondacks with longspurs at his camp. Was a very tough 4 days for us but we managed to get 1 big bird and a shot at another. That was basically it even after putting almost 900 miles on my truck in those days. We scouted out all the spots we know up there plus a few more. The birds just weren't there this year and not surprised after the winter they had. There was still snow on the sides of the roads and in the woods when we got up there wednesday night. One of the lakes was still 99 percent iced over also.
Thats awesome congrats to the both of you! Nothing better than taking your spouse afield with you Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Lake Ontario United mobile app

You have just as good a chance as anyone else. Go in there and give them a try. Ive killed long beards along the parkway you just have to be willing to deal with all the other hunters who like to walk in as your working the birds. Everyone who drives down the parkway see those birds as well. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Got a call a couple weeks ago from my brother telling me he bought his 21ft penn yann back from his buddy. We watched the weather and decided saturday was going to be slpash down. We met at the port of Rochester at 7am launched the boat and got a quick tip from Legacy sportfishing telling us to go east so we did. We motored down to Irondequoit bay and started setting the rods out. We ran 2 riggers 2 wires and 3 planner rods. Spoons on wires and riggers sticks off the boards. We trolled for about 20 mins with no action till we went by the first point east of the bay. We picked up a quick triple landing 2 of them. We ended up the day going 8 for 12 with 1 steelie. Kept a couple for the grill sent the rest back for another day. Storm thunderstick in tenessee shad was the hottest lure followed by a white challenger stick. Bay rat in long shallow black mamba (i believe was the name) took a couple shots also. Only took 1 fish off the riggers and 2 off the wires on spoons.
