  6. just half hitch a rubber band around your line and put the rubber band into the blacks release. Then when you have a fish on you will be able to see the rod bouncing and can catch the fish. This will eliminate dragging fish around that cant trip the release

  14. No not necessarily. I will run meat on starboard side dipsey and put it on my steel line which is basically copper and though it on the starboard planner board.   16. We always have meat on our deep rigger and I'm at least 1 on a diver. If you go to buy meat make sure you tell them you want herring not ballyhoo.
