it was crazy. it started with 2 or 3 then in 5 minutes my 90 horse which is white was completley black. had to of been thousands of them Sent from my SCH-I535 using Lake Ontario United mobile app -
Picked up my boss and his nephew from the dock at seabreeze at 530am. we pretty much set up right out of the chute for browns. ran dreamweaver seasick waddler on 12' rigger then stacked orange and yellow crush at 7' ran dipsey on 3 setting out 45' pulling black and glow 10" sd and green glow atomic fly. ran 3 color leadcore down the middle pulling pink and chartruse deep junior thunderstick. we had good screens from 16' out. we had no action for the about the first hour despite changing baits depths and speeds constantly. my bosses nephew was getting bored so i had him reel in the leadcore to change the lure again and wham a 9# brown hit it while he was reeling it in. we then set it back trolling north no action out to 110' so we decided to give the lakers a try. we dropped the cowbells pulling green spin and glow to the bottom and a flasher pulling chrome spin and glow on other side. i dont know if it was the current near the bottom or what but i just couldnt get the lines to run right. we trolled for about 30mins before we hooked up. we lost the fish 30' behind the boat at this point it was 9:30 and my boss and his nephew had to be back by 10 so we packed it in. I dropped them off and went back out for a solo mission. I heard that the bite was descent in 200+ ft of water so i pointed the boat north. I stopped in 190' set out rigger at 45 pulling blue yellow dolphin mag spoon with a lemon ice stinger as a slider. ran 300 copper pulling green and chrome e-chip flasher/ mirage atomic fly, 10 color leadcore pulling orange crush stinger spoon off planner boards. I no sooner got the slidder in the water turned around to grab copper to put out and the rigger fired was 5lb steely on slidder. put rigger back down and went back to putting out 300 copper and leadcore. I managed to get both out and sit down before rigger fired again with another 5# steely. I picked up 6 steelies and 2 small kings nothing bigger than 6 #s in the next hour all on lemon ice slidder all between 210' and 300' of water. The last fish of the day was a nice atlantic but he broke my line as i was trying to net him, damn that was the only lemon ice i had with me. At this time i realized that there were alot of bees around my boat motor. withing 10mins my motor was covered with them. i have a 90 horse motor and you couldnt see it at all it was just all bees. i bravely and quickly picked up my lines and kicker motor and hauled ass for awhile to get rid of them. i have never experienced bees like that before as i was in 300+ ft of water and way off shore. this pretty much ended my day.

experience. we ran about the same 6 rod swt as i did with my older brother the day before. we no sooner had everything set when the leadcore fired was a nice 7 lb steely. was a costant steely and laker bite like the day before. we had 2 runs on the 210 dipsey with sd and fly but both got away. had my girlfriend with me as well and she s also caught some fish Sent from my SCH-I535 using Lake Ontario United mobile app -
left the chute saturday around 530 headed straight north set down in 85' had my older brother with me so a 6 rod set went out. i stacked 2 on rigger bottom one was all magnum spoons down 60' then top was all stinger spoons down about 30' ran dipsey with sd and fly off of port side 210 on 3 setting. ran 300 copper with f/f off of planner also ran torpedo diver with spoon off planner. then ran 10 color leadcore down the middle. caught a laker on 210 dipsey right away bleed bad so had tonkeep him. then all was silent til 160 then top rigger rod fired with 6 lb steely. it was constant steely action til we hit 230' then the dipsey screamed line out to 650 feet. 15 mins later we put the net under a nice 18 king. my brothers first! we had another run on the 300 copper at sametime but i didnt care i just wanted my brother to get his in. we ended the day with a mixture of steelies and lakers with 1 nice king the 30th we left the chute around 545 this time heading ne i had my younger brother with me looking for his first lake O Sent from my SCH-I535 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Fished out of i bay this weekend and i just wanted to move as many rods as possible so i went for lakers. I went out friday night to check a couple areas with my girlfriend but lake was kind of rolling and she got green so we went back in. Saturday i went out alone getting on the big O around 530. I put down 3 rods in about 95'. 2 of them on riggers with cowbells and peanuts the other 1 was running a dipsey with flasher and peanuts. It was game on from the first 5 mins right through til i packed it in at 1pm. Everything caught fish as long as u were within 10ft of bottom. silver number 4 cowbells with a white spin & glow was my hottest combo. these are a few of the lakers. 2 day total was over 60. biggest was 14.5lbs Sent from my SCH-I535 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
