  1. Hunter's Landing in Batavia, Wayne Merit is the head bowtech there, known him for 20+ years. He has sold me a couple Matthews bows, he is as knowledgeable as they come. I will not bring my bow anywhere else. Tomy
  2. Nice fish! Bob's paint jobs are the best
  3. Very cool to adjust spread so that the kids would have a great time
  4. Went out at 5:30, worked 100-200 fow, 100-150 best. Early bite was good, shutdown for us at 8:30. Riggers were not productive today, worked 50-80' down. FF on wire dipsies worked set at 120 & 180 back with wonderbread and two face. 300 copper pulling Carbon 14 worked too. 3 kings and 1 laker, pulled out at 10:30 going 4 for 7. Fleas started showing up on lines today.... Tomy
  5. Great job Dan, thanks for the report
  6. It was, so now both are there getting a combo mount....my wife says that our house is starting to feel like Bass Pro... lol
  7. Met up with buddy Eric this morning and we were set up in 200 fow at 5:45. We trolled from 200-470 fow without moving a rod. Eric made executive decision to pick up and run in in lieu of running back through the 'dead' water. That was the best decision as we did fish from 180-120 fow. 52 & 42 riggers with free sliders, and 3, 5 & 7 cores worked. Wonderbread, AK-47, Get'r done, and Mixed veggies spoons. 2.8 down speed best in 48 degree water. Ended at 11 going 6 for 7, 2 Atlantics (14.5# & 7#), 2 small kings, 1 laker and 1 brown. Highlight of the morning was the big Atlantic, it put on a huge aerial show for us. Still in shock after catching one last week. Happy 4th Tomy
  8. Great report and video, pretty crazy seeing that fish jump like that after being broken off
  9. Thanks Matt, my brother and cousins had a blast, that fish was an awesome extra to an already great trip.
  10. That was awesome! I forgot about the laker shot to the 'almonds' lol. Thanks again Chris, had a great time.
  11. Thank you Chris for the great time on the water and for the kind words. I really appreciated the opportunity to fish with you, you have constantly been a great resource for me to learn from and get better. I hope we can do it again in the future and I hope that some day I can repay the favor. Thanks again Tomy
  12. Does it state anything about survival rate? We release all our fish, it was really strong and healthy so it appeared the condition is not hurting it but it was still weird to see
  13. 6/13/15 Fished 100-300 fow, slow morning for us, ran a mix of riggers, 3&5 core, slide diver and dodger/peanut fly. KOS, wonderbread, red frog and 00 dodger with fly took hits. Finished 4 for 5, Skippy kings and steelheads, biggest 5#. We wanted to go deeper but fog moved in, worst we have ever fished in, took 1.5 hours to get back in, very sketchy. 6/14/15 Better bite for us, fished same water, 100-300 fow, 180-275 fow best, riggers with wonderbread and black/green spoons, slide diver with red frog and 00 dodger with peanut fly all worked. Finished 8 for 10, with 4 kings (nicest 2 were 12# and 15#) and 4 steelies (nicest 6#). The 12# king had both of its gills worn down, exposing its gills, I think I read about this being caused by a deficiency in the water, has anyone else seen this? Thanks Tomy
