Fished with daughter tonight Braddocks from 4-8 and literally slaughtered big kings. Kamaniie did her person best 24.3 and we boated 12 kings . 10 of which were 18-24lbs. Took about 30 min to get bit and we dialed them right in . 75% of our fish came in 60+ degree water. 42nd Fly, Gold 42nd spoon , Freedom lures, Carbon 14, Gold Martel and glow frogs all took multiple fish. Riggers 55-90, 350 dipsy, 275 dipsy is where we fished. Although while fighting a fish I stopped a dipsy at 120 (was sending it back to 350) and it got annihilated [emoji51]🧐. Trust me there boyfriends will be doing many offshore trips with me. I’m guess my motor will break down and give us some much needed quiet time together[emoji6]. My oldest daughter is now 14 [emoji51]...... not ready to be second choice yet[emoji17]. I cherish every time my kids take me up on going on an outing with me. This was a fun day on in the water for us. I’v been able to get out a lot with decent success. So this was simply to mix it up and see what we would could learn. We started out in 550fow on a south troll. For 4 hrs we never changed course and simply worked the fish we saw. Off shore we put out our steelhead spread and the bite was great. As it faded the kings starting showing up so we switched presentations, speed, and temp targeted. After a couple changes it was game on with a couple nice mature kings to battle with. We maintained the troll going in and out of blank screens but we simply followed the temps that’s were working and kept getting hit. As our bottom rigger finally warmed up we switched one last time knowing the browns were there and sure enough we grabbed a beauty for Kamaniie. Sometimes you have to stop listening to the reports and mix it up. It was a great way to add a little challenge to the day and cover lots of ground. Hopefully everyone can find the fish their dreaming of Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Agreed on the lack of posting. It’s always amazed me to only see the same 5 guys interact [emoji23]. We should probably just start a weekly luncheon lunch group and share our trips in person[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. This site was huge for me when I started along with a lot of Captains who have always wanted me and my kids to be successful. I’ve met and fished with a lot of great people from here. I fish solo or with my daughter 90% of the time. I try to offer a seat on my boat as much as I can. It’s a big lake out there and helpful info is everything . We’ll be back out there this week scoping for the next tourney, lips will be sealed for a bit[emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
