  1. No I didn't.... Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Finally got a day off work and chance to Christen the new boat. Launched out of bald eagle and shot down just west of oak orchard to set up. Dropped in at 220 feet of water and had an immediate nice screen. Lots of bait laying on the bottom and occasional marks 40-100 down. Trolled in and had my first king in the boat with 30 min. Got him back in the water and my diver starts ripping..... 5 min of fighting and I went from landing my first fish in the boat to losing my first fish on the boat [emoji17]. Little while longer and took a nice steelhead on a Rigger parked at 55 feet. Nice steady picking till I packed up at 730pm. Went 7/9 with 6 kings and 1 steelhead. Both misses were Teen Kings. Best screen was 180-220 and took fish in 120fow down 90. Time to move some rod holders , change my lines, put new leaders on the fly's, and get ready for the next trip. Felt great to be out and it was gorgeous out Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  6. ended up going with the TH Marine mini Jack plate. It moved be backed just enough to get the full motion I needed. The bracket itself is a tank if anyone is looking for a fixed bracket. Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  9. Between Sandy Creek and oak orchard. Just west of devil's nose. $10 to launch. Other nice thing was I had my daughter with me and they have a bathroom[emoji16] Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  10. Finally got my new boat all rigged up and been dieing to get her wet. Yesterday seemed a little too bumpy so I took my daughter out for a ride tonight. Lake was a little rougher than I had hoped for my daughter today but she hung in there so I could get my test run in. If your looking on the West side for a great public launch Bald Eagle Is it. Worth every penny while so many launches are closed. Next week I'll hopefully be back to fishing and reporting. Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  14. No. It's a stand alone unit. I purchased for the ability to fish with my kids and solo easier. Work the gear, net fish, and simply have a remote in my pocket. My 24 cabin cruiser was impossible and auto pilot due to mechanical steering was to expensive Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  15. I've had a fishhawk in my 14' aluminum boat wide open for couple yrs. No cover, fish rain and a wave coming over the side is pretty common lol. I do store it inside 100 % of the time. Never had an issue with any of my fishhawk. I do put the storm covers on them when I'm out. Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. Looking like that is the only option...... Essentially go with the remote steer kicker and take off the ski bar. When tubing trim all the way up and hook the ski bar back on. Thanks for all the feed back Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  17. Wonder if my tilt Is greater due to 25" shaft?? I got exactly what you have dimmensionslly. If you can picture the tiller handle hitting splash well , in your 3rd picture down is my issue. Thank you for the pictures Sent from my XT1254 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
