  1. Well groundhog says spring is soon. Lol. Shoot the mother f$&@k&r !!!!
  2. Replace it with another. For under 50 bucks you can afford to buy a new every year. Going onto 5 years now with mine.
  3. Thats the unit I run ands works great. Just got play with settings to get optimal screen shots.
  4. For my 2 cents and only 2 cents, any of the three units mentioned will do what you need to for general Lake O fishing and are all quality units. Each has their own little feature to try to make them standout from the others in the bueaty pageant, basic functions they are all equal. Just need to figure out what your needs and budget allows.
  5. Now that is an artist !!!
  6. Yeah I was lucky enough to get a half dozen of them a few weeks ago. That was when they first put them up. Said they had limited production.
  7. I kinda have to agree with MoeMoe on this. After reading plenty of reviews about Tracker, your not a ifolated or occassional problem with those boats.
  8. Ditto on the reviews for Tony and his Great Lakes Planer product line. Adaptable to any set up you might have. Fast shipping also. Going 4 years now with his equipment and no complaints.
  9. l Lil Salmon 8 am this morning. One boat out at that time.
  10. Heading north in a few hours to SR for steelies. Gonna check the lake out to see if I can do some trolling for browns. Will keep you posted.
  11. I cant believe you havent sold this yet. I guess hibernation is still in effect.
  12. You might also want to consider one of the finger lakes. Not a pike fisherman myself but some of the past threads I've read indicate they are plentiful in a few of the lakes. Research some threads here for some good info.
  13. I own about 30 of them and use them for everything from Browns to salmon. The few breaks I had were due to my own stupidty. For the price you cant beat them.
  14. Been running the Raymarine Sport Pilot for the last 3 years Pre- dates the ev series. No Problems and was easy to install
  15. Can't comment on either of those units, but Overall AP is a terrific experience. Will never not have one on the boat.
  16. Shouldn't be a problem at all. Have mine mounted directly on top of the glass.
  17. Gene's remarks are spot on. Just them looking at the number of members on this forum should get their attention. Every member has contacts with people outside of this forum. As you can see, those numbers grow exponentially.
  18. Good deal for someone. I'm out. I need a motor with a 25" shaft.
  19. They should start laying soon. Last year the first egg was laid on Feb 11. I check that cam every morning at work.
  20. Joe. I agree with you, but ones got to admit it is a good idea if one can really make it work. I was thinking to myself that maybe I can carry a few less set ups on the boat. Great thing about this site is that some one comes up with a brainstorm to make you think about what you are currently doing.
  21. Patience??! Where can I purchase some of that ? 50 years here and still coming up short on that commodity!!! Lol. Thanks anyhow.
