    Just made final lake trip for the year. One king of a dipsey 275' in 120 fow only hit for the trip Lots of bait in shallower out deeper good temps but no marks. Anyways tough year fishing the big lady but always had a good time. Have to wait until January for steelhead fishing.     Yeah I iunderstand you buying it for the trailer But trying to get rid of a junk boat is going to cost you money Junkyards wont take them because their isn't enough scrap value to them. Landfills will require the gas tank be pulled.

    I have most of the same in my boxes and still fish them but I am partial to the evil eyes. Still my all time favorite. Nowadays use predominately flasher fly combos.     Keep reading previous posts in tackle and techniques on this forum or just start a new thread on info your trying to seek. You didnt state whether you have a fishfinder/ gps or down temp.     I do use sleeve crimps on my wire and are the smallest that I can get away with as far as feeding the wire thru. Im careful not to over crimp the sleeves so as not to put cuts in the wire.. Rods are brand new 10' Ugly sticks with twili tips. Fraying i noticed occured about 3' above the crimp. But will have to check the eyes and tips more carefully as you gents suggest. Will get back to you about my findings.
