Where to begin, it wad nice to fish home waters again.... started off in search mode and shut down in 150 fow but apparently ran right over them. We got a small brown on a short copper on the way north finding a very steady pic of teen kings in 280 fow but nothing over 14lb all coming 80-120 down on our 5" Flys behind 8" spinnys. After several kings we decided to head back toward shore and picked up a decent steely in 160 fow and from 150-120 fow 10-15 ft of the bottom was just on fire with multiple doubles and a triple. Once again mostly 5" choker flies doing the work. Finally after 1030am we started getting meat bites in rigged uv purple on starboard mag dipsy out 300 and night fury on the deep rigger. But 5" black ice on the port dipsy and 107 rigger and uv gator on the 450 copper were the stars of the show still. All in all ended the day with 2 browns, 2 Lakers, a nice steely and somewhere in the neighborhood of 25-30 king hits up to 24.11 lbs.
