Congrats everyone! Some awesome deer! I personally saw over 35 doe in a day an a half. Bunch of spikes, a 6 and young 8. Possible shooter out of range. Thinking too many doe which is why there have been very little buck movement on the property since does started popping. Got a solution for that though. Hunted from sun up until 2:30 when I had to leave for other obligations. Had chasing around me most of the morning. All young bucks chasing yearling does. No mature does to be found all morning as opposed to Sunday when they were everywhere. I saw one mature doe in a dead run after the rain started but nothing trailing her. Had a 100" 8 come through around noon but no big guys. I agree the lockdown is on for now. I think I am out of the woods until Saturday unfortunately.
