  1. Hello would you take $150 and ship them ? thank you much josh
  2. Guys, thank you again for the responses. Yeah the muddy creeks are a synthetic material, built well, even pull pretty good. I moved holes back 2 inches, and tried that, threw off the balance, and think weighting may help that. But definitely moving away from trees to vertical gunwhal holders to get away from the tow line. But again thank you, and thank you LOU for this open forum.
  3. Hey guys, I'll get right to it.... Bought a 20' Starweld. Bought the GLP Mast that uses front seat pedestal mount as receiver. Muddy Creek Boards, pull nice and hard. Moved the eye all the way to the back which should move boards up closer to bow. And still the board track too far back. Considered asking Great Lake Planer to build a "spreader" bar and would move pulleys out. I also use trees, I could go vertical rod holders further back the track, but wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions? AS ALWAYS, THANK YOU IN ADVANCE...... and LOVE THE LOU COMMUNITY. Josh

  5. Hey all. I am putting together a program for Salmon on Lake O. Have fished Lake O, have friends that fish tourneys on Lake O, but love to hear back opinions from who ever is willing to share. DIPSY LEADERS On Lake Erie I will run anywhere from 10# Flouro to 20# Flouro and 6ft to 12ft leaders depending on time of year, depth, etc. I would assume that more than Lake Erie, Lake O changes conditions faster, and dealing with a silver hard mouthed freight train vs a walleye is apples and carburetors. WHAT IS A GOOD STARTING POINT FOR FLOURO LB TEST, AND LENGTH? Should I even attempt 20# or go straight to 30# ? And would you suggest certain length for F/F. Spoon, Meat Rigs, etc. Lead and Copper Kind of same question, LC and Copper/Steel looking for suggested weight and length ? Thank you guys in advance!!! Josh
  6. Awesome. Thank you guys, really appreciate everything!!!
  7. Thank you all, Appreciate everything.
  8. I was curious if anyone would know if anyone has sourced and repaired the lenses for tekota line counters? Basically the little piece of plastic or glass that goes over the line counter itself. I have bought and refurbed some Tekota LC's and missing that component of several. Amazing that you can find almost every part somewhere onlne, but this one is a bear. Thanks in advance.
  9. Does anyone know if Dave from R&R is still making spoons? I ordered from him in the past. He was a nice guys and between spoons and blades I can say that I would always get more than I paid for. Some of his items were awesome and others were experimental, but kudos for trying. I have a bunch of the rocker and razor spoons, but wanted to locate some of his "Humpy Spoons" I think it is called a "Milwaukee minnow" in Hagens. This slim spoons replicates smelt very well. Excellent for eyes and steelhead on Erie. I don't to go into the clearcoat and design names that Dave used for the sake of his own creative ideas. But just wanted to see if anyone knows or knew of the R&R Humpy spoons, and if someone makes something close, or still available? Thank you all.

  13. Bottom Line....These spoons produce!! We were introduced to these 2 years back. And no matter the species, we have at least one in our spread at all times, even if eyes are only hitting plugs, still a Rocker on. Green Froggy has always been our "go to", but Dave @ R&R comes up really original patterns, and his "blue ice" coat reflects UV like I have never saw!!! We have never been skunked one time! Actually first time we fished the Rockers, we went out 2 years ago for a super-late Sept(2011) walleye trip in Erie(with less the perfect conditions only fished an hour) Boated 3 fish, 2-10# eyes, and a 9# steelie. All on one spoon. Large single hooks buries itself in top of fishes mouth! Perfect design.(Especially for hard-mouth fish Kings/Steel) Beside best producing spoon, paint jobs are best I've ever seen! We've had the same Rocker for Eyes, Lakers, Steelheads and Kings, looks new. These would out last any other spoon on the market 100 strikes to 1, as well as original patterns. Pure innovation, that you don't see anymore! Best spoons on the market!!!!!! Josh Posset (Team OfficeDay)
