I have been fishing trout tournaments for a while now. I have had Some success in placing in tournaments and a whole bunch of near misses. I have always tried to keep the fish alive as long as possible and if im hitting fish i keep fishing. When i get to a point where the bite slows or dies i usually will run in and weigh the fish. Of course at some of these points the trout has died. With some of these situations ive had fish weigh a bit less then when i weighed them after first being caught. #1 I was wondering whats everyones take on leaving your spot running the fish in immediatly after being caught or wait till your morning trip is over. #2 any information on how much or how fast fish may loose weight if it does die. #3. Was just wondering if anyone has used the Diabolical Meat Rigs..... also what their reviews were on them before i order up a couple. What colors and if not these cut bait heads which ones you would recomend and color. Going to try stepping up meat game this year as not much success with it last year. As for a lawsuit you can obtain a judgement and then ganish wages / buisness assets / put liens out on properties.... and in some situations go after personal cars/ houses / and assets. If he really is 10k or more in debt it would be a strong encouragment to make thigs right or put a hurting on any future financials he may obtain. I was lucky enough to hear the horror stories before placing an order with him. So i cant really say I've personally lost anything but seems lots of guys i talked to have, i hope they see this post. I work for the court system in ny and idk if they can have him arrested as from what i hear these were agreements made with people he never followed through on..... nothing criminal really. (unless theres more details i haven't heard of) but im sure people can take him to small claims court to take action. Depending on the amount of people and amount of $ he has boned people out of maybe a class action suit against him may be the way to go, due to it being people from multiple people over multiple states.
