    Thanks for the suggestion!! Made some perch cakes for the kids for dinner this evening.... mom is out of town. Nice change from usual fish fry. Instant hit. Perch fillets boiled for 1min then pulled apart Sauted diced onions (would have added celery but out) Crumbled bacon strips Seasoning of your choice( season all, pepper, garlic powder, dill) 2 eggs Seasoned bread crumbs Parmesan cheese Add a touch of milk if too dry.     Agreed! Chaumont Hardware has excellent gear, bait, and knowledgeable staff. Also, greg (owner) will go out of his way to help you out. The customer service is second to none. Cant say enough great things about chaumont hardware. The hours are convenient too. Open at 6am most days during the ice fishing season. Earlier on local derby weekends.     I used west system epoxy with some success to repair my last jet sled. It lasted for almost an entire season...... definitely a temporary fix though as holes were on bottom of sled taking a lot wear with each use. bought a new kodiak xl at the end of that season on sale.
