  5. I think diesels are awesome. Would love to have our boat powered with one if it were a straight inboard. I often wonder about getting a diesel to troll down to low speeds....the torquey nature of the power plants and the wheel size that it typically paired with seems like this might be difficult? Sure would love the fuel efficiency tho! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  8. Got out last night on the river to catch a one man limit. Really had to work for it and covered some water. Current was ripping near the bridge.... I havent fished down that way much this season so it was really something to experience. Makes boat control that much more challenging. Surprised how much boat traffic there was early in the evening....After 830pm not a boat to be seen. water was flat calm and weather was beautiful. Perfect early fall evening. Fish were 19"-28". 19" is one of the smaller river eyes I have ever landed. Nice to see size diversity. Tight lines. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  25. You have a beautiful place ProfT. I have seen it from the water many times. It was pointed out to me when fishing with a fellow LOU member who lives near you. You make a great point. There sure are a lot of eyes on the river. I am continually surprised with new places to fish. The tried and true spots are great. However, there is so much structure that holds walleye between clayton and the bay the opportunities are countless. It's great to be a walleye fisherman.... most days[emoji12] Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
