I'm not sure. I responded to you about that and you never wrote back... I got that one secondhand and my only guess is it was supposed to change the action on it, some sort of flutter taper on the front. It's the only one I've ever seen like that. It showed it in the pics. I wish you would have responded to me instead of making me look bad on this post... I take pride in everything I own/sell....

I'm selling a pair of Penn Fathom Master 620 Manual Downriggers *Long Boom* w/ rod holders They come w/ matching Penn swivel-matic bases. Bases need work. On ebay, the bases have been selling for anywhere between $20 and $80 each! And the downriggers I've seen go for $100-200+ each. These are great downriggers. *also have a custom stainless steel riser for sale that these were mounted on with additional removeable rod holders* I'm asking $250 or best for 2 riggers and 2 bases.
