    sorry, have to bring this up.."a further cut of 20 percent"...that is 20%of the 80%from last year.??..one does not have to be a mathematician for this one,and sadly where it is heading......... i for one fished 3/4 days in every week on the cdn.south end.this year and.marked more bait balls than i have seen in many years..so thick at times, with the rods bouncing ,we actually impaled several large alewifes,and had to keep checking our spoons..

    not sure... there is much of a difference..try whipping the line parallel to the surface whilst retrieving with rod tip in the water. even with a fish on ..the bulk of them will be removed...

    there is no easy way...a few years ago there was a line on the market called flea flikr.it worked..but #20 was like rope...i use dacron with a fluro. leader..connected with a small spro swivel...... i find the fleas relatively easy to to shake off the dacron(even with a fish on) and the balance load up around the swivel.never on the leader...trust this helps somewhat
