  1. Two different lengths I will put to test on Champlain salmon. I guess spoons are more versatile.
  2. Well I'll follow your reports, good luck!
  3. Apparently year 2018 and few years after will be the best in a long time for walleye on Erie. Perfect timing for a first visite.
  4. Wow, I will try Erie for the first time in august. Will Dunkirk area still a good place to go that time of year? What was the average size of those walleye?
  5. Looks like you're all set for a great walleye season. For sure they won't resist
  6. Yes sure I sometime use a size 0 trashcan dodger with a flutter spoon 3 to 4 feet behind on lake Champlain for lakers, works great. But I never tried a spoon behind a flasher or spin doc, was wondering what length of leader most guys use.
  7. What length of leader you normally use?
  8. I used to go there in november for stream fishing and the owner of the Sodus Point bait shop right at the marina was also the owner of Sodus Point lodge and Log Cabin about 300 meters past the bait shop on Greig st.
  9. I've heard guys making the distance for eyes but for lakers, its the first time.
  10. That's a long run, if it's there that you hooked the eye on your picture then it's worth the trip.
  11. Hi Deltakid, did you fish the main duck for lakers?
  12. According to what I understood they should be around there middle of june.
  13. Hi BigMac, which boat ramp do you use to get there (Charity)?
  14. Hi ysartan, I was wondering what kind of sticks you were using?
  15. I've been reading this in some posts lately, is it the border?
  16. Thanks for sharing Mike!
  17. Hi guys, I bought pre riged meat rig with three teasers and the meat head last winter. They're 57 inches long with the bead chain. Must be riged for large paddle only? I've only 8 inches SD and Pro-troll. I'm wondering if it will work anyway and if not witch modifications should I make to them. Thanks.
  18. Hi Cuttermag, I have two of them and they're ok. I have four Okuma concector and for a little more money I prefer them, the drag is smooter.
  19. I always used a barrel swivel with snap direct on my spoon and lots of them has a split rig on the front eye. It is certain that I am going to try this method. Thanks.
  20. Well just realized you already got all it takes ... garanteed success in Rochester with that.
