    I don't care what kind of riggers you have, Snubber is ALWAYS better than none. WAY easier on your equipment. Not worried about snagging on bottom, but once you have used Snubbers you will see a big difference, especially in 3'+ waves. Takes lots of the bounce out.     Pap, put a Scotty Snubber between ball and probe. Will take the bounce out in heavy waves, fast stops. Super cheap insurance for $10.
